Vacation was a struggle...or should I say getting back into my eating routine has been.
You see when we eat out I dont like wasting food (where as at home I can put it in the fridge for later) so while we were out and about site seeing and eating junk fast food I always clean my plate(or basket or whatever). So now that we're back from vacation Ive been finding it hard to stop that. I use a small plate at dinner so I dont take too much, but if something is sitting right in front of me I have NO self control. Im working on it though. :)
Also I weighed myself this morning because I was feeling pretty good and I weighed in at 203!! Down 27lbs total! WAHOO! Only 4 more to go until next goal of under 200!
